Shipping policy

Please allow between 24-72 hours to package and process shipments. Some shipping delays may occur depending on current weather conditions, delays with the shipping agent and/or holidays.
Shipping arrival times may vary depending on supply and demand, specific product availability, unpredictable weather conditions in other parts of the country or internationally, holidays, international shipping times, international customs verifications, and/or unavoidable delays by the delivery service.

International Shipping Warnings: Order at your own risk. Please be advised that if you are paying for international shipping, shipping times and prices will vary from country to country. The customer may also incur an international customs fee which is beyond our control and not included in the shipping cost.  Please be advised that we can not guarantee that we can track your shipment or verify its location once the product enters into another country outside of the USA. There may be limitations to tracking with international shipping that is beyond our control. We will not issue a refund under any circumstances if the product was never received by the customer.
